Hoya Hoya Wildcat Nation!
It was great to see our Sister Tribes again at Del Mar and special thanks to the Painted Ponies for hosting. What a great start to the ’07-’08 season. Lakota would like to thank the new Nation Chief and Nation Sound Man for a very entertaining camp out – you guys are doing a great job! As for the Nation Med Man, so far so good, your 1 for 1 with the weather. Keep up the good work!
We would officially like to welcome to the Mighty Lakota our newest Princesses and their Dads that were in attendance at Del Mar; Anna and Dennis V., Julianna and Steven J. and Riley, Rachel and Jon T.. Congratulations on completing your Induction Walk. You guys are great additions to the Tribe and now know “how Lakota rolls.” We look forward to seeing the rest of the new Lakota members at Catalina.
As usual, Lakota went all out on the activities and built a very impressive Sea Snake in the shape of a cursive “L” which devoured every princess in the Tribe. Great team work Dads and girls! The Appetizer Contest was hotly contested and congratulations go to Dorado; that must have been one heck of a meatball! And as far as the Sponge Bob Relay goes it’s gotta rank up there as one of the great 3-peats in all of sports! Great competition and great sportsmanship. All the Lakota dads would like to thank their Princess for all the good times we are going to have this year, you girls are THE BEST!

p.s. You will notice I left Deaf Leopards “new” way to play Euchre off the recap. I think we should keep that internal.
